CHERYL E. SPERANZA, MS, LMHC
Cheryl is the dedicated owner and operator of Navigant Counseling LLC. She provides evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups. Cheryl holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rhode Island College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Rhode Island. Her clinical areas of interest and research include peri and postpartum mood disorders and the impact on attachment style; and relationship issues in neurodiverse populations such as those individuals on the autism spectrum: level one (ASD1, formerly referred to as Aspergers) and attention deficit disorder (inattentive, hyper, and combined), ADHD.
